Terms from month-to-month to 3 years — longer terms earn a rate discount; monthly carries a 20% premium. EV charging is available with any suite as a $75/mo add-on.

Available to all tenants via the online booking portal. Seats up to 10 with a 75" digital whiteboard, dry-erase whiteboard, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

Reserved through your tenant portal. Available to all active tenants.
Pricing
All prices are monthly with all utilities included — electricity, water, HVAC, and internet. Security deposit equal to first month's rent required at signing. Discounts applied to the base rate when signing a multi-year term. Need flexibility? Any office is available month-to-month at a 20% premium.
