SMS Terms

These SMS Terms ("Terms") describe the text messaging program operated by Corridor Collective ("Corridor Collective," "we," "us," or "our") for our coworking and office space at 1911 Corporate Drive, Suite 103, San Marcos, TX 78666.

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Corridor Collective, you may receive text messages related to:

• Booking confirmations: Confirmations, reminders, and updates about your conference room reservations or office applications.
• Access and visit information: Door codes, building access instructions, and visitor arrival notifications.
• Tenant and property notices: Building maintenance alerts, policy updates, and operational announcements relevant to your tenancy or visit.
• Replies to inquiries: Responses to questions you've submitted through our forms or direct messages.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with Corridor Collective. You may receive messages when you make a booking, when there are updates to your reservation or tenancy, or in response to your inquiries. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

4. Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan. Corridor Collective does not charge for SMS messages, but standard carrier rates apply.

5. Opt-Out

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from Corridor Collective unless you opt in again.

7. Privacy

8. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier and their policies.

9. Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is designed to work with major U.S. wireless carriers. However, not all carriers may be supported, and coverage and service may vary by location.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued participation in our SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
