Month-to-month carries a 20% premium; longer terms earn a rate discount. Fixed-term leases renew at the then-current rate unless re-signed.

We have a digital display in the lobby that shows a tenant directory by suite number. Listing yourself is optional — you can change your mind later from your tenant portal.
EV chargers serve our free on-site parking lot. Add unlimited workday charging to your lease for a flat $75/month — the rate never changes with your term, and you can add or drop it later by contacting us.
