A Different Kind of Coworking
A typical coworking membership gets you a desk on an open floor, with the noise and turnover that come with it. That works fine for some jobs — but not if your calls are confidential. Attorneys on privileged calls, therapists in video sessions, and advisors reviewing a client's finances can't work in a room full of strangers.
Corridor Collective keeps the parts of coworking that make sense — the shared conference room, the kitchen, the business address, the redundant internet, the 24/7 key-card door — and replaces the open floor with private, lockable offices. Your equipment stays set up overnight, and when a call needs privacy, you close the door instead of reaching for headphones.
Who It's For
A quiet office for privileged calls, a business address that isn't your home, and a conference room for client meetings and depositions.
Strategy consultants, financial advisors, and CPAs who meet clients regularly and want an office that reflects the practice.
Remote employees who want a real separation between work and home — a short commute, a quiet room, and a door that closes at the end of the day.
Soundproofed walls and a private door make the space work for telehealth sessions and in-person appointments alike.
Small agencies and startups that need real workspace but aren't ready for a multi-year commercial lease and a build-out.
Heads-down space for product work, a conference room down the hall for whiteboard sessions, and neighbors building things of their own.
What's Included
Key-card entry around the clock, including weekends and holidays. Work whatever hours suit you.
Two independent providers with automatic failover, so an outage at one carrier doesn't take you offline.
A shared room with a 75-inch digital whiteboard and a dry-erase whiteboard. Tenants get priority on the booking calendar.
Every office is furnished with an electric sit-stand desk — nothing to buy or move in.
Use 1911 Corporate Drive, Suite 103 on your business filings, your mail, and your client invoices.
Cloud-backed security cameras across the property and a fully online lease process. EV charging in the lot is planned for December 2026.
Pricing
Offices come in three sizes: small (118–121 sq ft, from $591/mo), medium (136–177 sq ft, from $814/mo), and large (397 sq ft, $1,985/mo). Every rate includes all utilities — electricity, water, HVAC, and internet. Lease terms run from month-to-month (at a 20% premium) to one, two, or three years, so you can stay flexible or lock in a rate.
