Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at corridorcollective.work and the services offered by Corridor Collective ("we," "us," or "our") at 1911 Corporate Drive, San Marcos, Texas. By using our services you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use our services. By creating an application, booking, or account you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Description of Service

We offer (a) private offices for monthly subscription lease, (b) hourly and full-day conference room rentals, and (c) ancillary services such as a tenant portal, maintenance request handling, and shared amenities (Wi-Fi, kitchen, security cameras, parking). Specific lease and rental terms are governed by signed agreements separate from these Terms.

3. Office Lease Applications

Submitting an application is a request, not an offer or acceptance. We may approve, decline, or place applications on hold at our discretion. Approved applicants will receive a lease agreement to electronically sign and a payment link for the first month's rent and security deposit. The lease is binding once signed and paid.

4. Payments

All payments are processed through Stripe. By providing payment information you authorize us to charge the agreed amount. Recurring rent is billed via subscription on the day of month corresponding to your lease start. Failed payments may result in suspension of services and incur late fees as set out in your lease agreement.

5. Conference Room Rentals

  • Rentals are first-come, first-served and confirmed upon successful payment via Stripe.
  • A 1-business-day lead time is required for new bookings.
  • Cancellations more than 24 hours before the scheduled start are refundable less a 3% processing fee. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows forfeit the rental fee.
  • You are responsible for any damage caused by you or your guests beyond ordinary wear and tear.
  • Specific rules and limitations are in the conference room rental agreement provided at the time of booking.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
  • Disrupt the operation of the website or interfere with other users.
  • Attempt to access non-public areas of the website, our systems, or another tenant's account.
  • Conduct illegal commercial activity from the premises.

7. Tenant Portal Access

Access to the tenant portal is via single-use email magic link sent to the email associated with your lease. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the email account on file. Notify us immediately at hello@corridorcollective.work if you suspect unauthorized access.

8. Intellectual Property

The website content, logo, and brand are owned by Corridor Collective. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent. User-submitted content (e.g. office listings via images you upload) remains your property; you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it as required to provide the service.

9. Disclaimers

The website and services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corridor Collective and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services. Our total liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Corridor Collective harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website (and, subject to your separately signed lease agreement, your tenancy) for any violation of these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the website at any time.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, excluding its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Hays County, Texas. The parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before filing any litigation.

14. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active tenants and posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
