How to Book
Booking the conference room takes about as long as ordering coffee. Open the booking calendar, pick an open block — by the hour or by the full day — and pay online. You'll get a confirmation email with the address, parking details, and a Wi-Fi password. On the morning of your meeting, your booking unlocks the door automatically through the same key-card system our tenants use, so there's nobody to meet at the front desk and no key to pick up.
Hourly bookings are best for a single client meeting or a one-off interview. Full-day bookings make more sense for depositions, trainings, and team offsites — the room is yours from open to close, and the rate is meaningfully lower than the hourly equivalent. Weekday and weekend rates differ; the booking page shows live availability and exact pricing for the time you want.
